Welcome to Vista Verde Apartments!

We at Vista Verde are pleased to provide our residents with the amenities you need to feel at home.  We know that you will feel comfortable in our spacious apartments and our floor plans are among the best.  We are conveniently located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with easy access to Highway 99 and Interstate 5.  For the kids, Neil Hafley Elementary School and East Union High School are just blocks away.  Each are only about one-half mile away. Many of our kids walk to school.

All our unfurnished two bedroom apartments feature large, well equipped kitchens, carpeted living areas, private balcony/patio areas, central heat and air, and smoke alarms, For fun in the sun take a swim in our pool!  Don't have a washer and dryer, no problem we have an onsite laundry room.

  • One bedroom apartments are approximately 520 sq. ft. and are priced at only $600/mo (9-mo lease option price)
  • Two bedroom apartments (in 890 and 990 sq. ft floor plans) are available starting at $825/mo (12-mo lease option price)

One bedroom apartments are feature large kitchens with lots of cabinets, and come with built-in range, refrigerator/freezer and garbage disposal.  Includes heat & air, and smoke detectors. Requires a $500 deposit. First time renters welcome.

This plan features a fully equipped kitchen (range, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal and dishwasher), a private patio/balcony, and a walk-in closet in the master bedroom.  Stackable washer/dryer hookups.

Lease Terms

Lease terms available: 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months
Payments may be made by Money Orders, Personal Checks, and Traveler's Checks
Sewer, Trash and Water are included in the payments.

Rental Rates

Rates vary depending on the the number of bedrooms, and the lease option you choose.

Security Deposits are $500 for one bedrooms, $600 for two bedrooms.

Pets

We allow fish or reptile in 10 gallon tank or less. No other pets allowed.

Qualifications

All adult applicants must complete an application form, and pay a one-time $30 fee.  Each applicant is given a thorough background check (criminal, DMV, and verify identity) and credit checks.  Each applicant must provide a copy of a valid photo ID (government issued), 2 recent pay stubs, and a current bank statement.  Income must be at least 2.5x rent. No section 8.
