Our two bedroom plan is approximately 890 sq. ft. and is priced at a very reasonable $750 per month (based on 9 month lease rate), with a $600 security deposit. These units feature a fully equipped kitchen (range, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, and dishwasher), heat and air, a private patio/balcony, and a walk-in closet in the master bedroom.  Laundry hook-ups for washer and dryer (some conditions apply, ask manager for details).
