Our alternative two bedroom plan is a spacious 990 sq. ft. and is also available for $750 per month (based on the 9 month lease rate), with a $600 security deposit. These units feature a fully equipped kitchen (range, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, and dishwasher), heat and air, a private patio/balcony, and a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. A large pantry room is also included.  Laundry hook-ups are not available with this plan; however, the laundry rooms are located nearby.
